Everyone has emotions. The difference between a top performer and everyone else is that a top performer knows how to control them when needed.
Today, I talk about the valuable skill of keeping your emotions under control. I talk about how this doesn’t mean simply pretending they don’t exist, and I note that emotions are contagious and can affect the mood of the room.
