She discusses the impact of COVID 19 and shares the key challenges of leading in such a situation. She talks about what the pandemic has taught us about leadership during a crisis, noting the importance of admitting when you don’t know all the answers. She explores the difference between normal times and crises, discusses empowered leadership, and offers several takeaways for leading during a crisis.

“I think we have to acknowledge that no one has all the answers in a crisis.”
