She explains that you don’t need to be in a leadership position to change someone’s life. She shares why she’s excited about the future of e-learning and telemedicine. She talks about how her leadership plays out in her house with her daughter, and she describes her leadership style. We also discuss the differences between women and men when it comes to leadership potential and skills.
