She notes the power of authenticity and we discuss the need to focus on the individual, especially post-COVID. Sarah defines authenticity in the real world, listing its three main elements. We talk about the importance of emotional intelligence and the power of coaching. She distinguishes coaching from mentorship, and we discuss the power of collaboration, especially in our age-diverse workforce. Finally, Sarah underscores the importance of getting to know yourself.
