The #1 Reason Your Employees Aren’t Learning (#56)

What’s the #1 reason employees have stopped learning? Studies show that this problem has a lot to do with the fact that they are too busy and feel like they don’t have the time.

Today, I talk about how managers and leaders can help remedy this problem. I offer five tips to encourage and cultivate constant growth and learning in your employees. I note the power of setting time aside to learn, offering easy access to learning resources, encouraging your employees to talk about and share what they’ve learned, incorporating informal and social learning, and asking for feedback from your employees.
